Run your tournament, from entry to final standings
Tournament software for sports clubs and associations. Players enter themselves, the draw and the playing schedule take a few clicks, and results go online as they come in. One system for the whole tournament, for every sport. Starting costs nothing.
Less admin, more sport
The three jobs a tournament committee loses the most time to. Here is what PlayTour takes off your hands.
Players enter themselves
You put your categories online with their entry fee, capacity and closing date. Players fill in their own details and invite their partner or team themselves. You never retype an entry form again.
Draw and schedule in a few clicks
Choose groups, a knockout, a Swiss system or a mass start. PlayTour divides the field, puts courts and times beside it and warns you about clashes — before you publish.
Results online straight away
Somebody enters the score court-side. Group tables and rankings update themselves, players and spectators follow along, and the final standings are there once the last match has been played.
How you put your tournament online
Four steps from an empty screen to a tournament players can enter.
- 1
Create your club
A name, your club logo and the volunteers who help out. Per person you set what they may see and do.
- 2
Set up your tournament
Date, venue, categories, entry fee and capacity. Per category you choose the format and the way it is scored.
- 3
Publish and share
Your tournament goes onto playtour.nl and can be found there. Rather keep it to your own members? Share the link or the invitation code and it appears in no list.
- 4
Draw, play and close
After the closing date you make the draw and publish the schedule. During the tournament the results come in from the courts, and the final standings are ready once the last match has been played.
Whichever sport you play
From the club tennis championships to Thursday night darts. Pick your sport and see what a tournament looks like for you.
